Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026
This policy explains how personal data is handled on apps.fatihayoglu.com. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page on this site, which explains what that app collects.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Fatih Ayoglu, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: apps@fatihayoglu.com.
What is collected
- Server logs. Like most websites, the server records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working, and is kept only for a limited time.
- Emails you send. If you contact support, your email address and message are used only to reply to you and to fix the issue you raised.
This site does not use advertising, does not sell personal data and does not build profiles of visitors.
Legal basis
Under UK GDPR, data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (running a secure website and answering your messages).
Third parties
The site is self-hosted and uses WordPress with Jetpack and Akismet, provided by Automattic, for site management and spam protection. Links to the App Store take you to Apple, whose own privacy policy applies there.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing apps@fatihayoglu.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
